Description: The Blue Palms offers stylish en suite accommodation in an ideal central location. We have our own car park and a beautiful garden stocked with palms and other unusual plants. All rooms have TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Naturally you have access to your room at all times. Although we currently have a couple of rooms where smoking is allowed, all public areas are strictly non-smoking. From the end of 2006, the hotel will be completely non-smoking although of course you may smoke outside in the garden or on the patio. We don't have a bar but we are licensed to sell alcohol so you can have a relaxing drink in the Guest Lounge, the garden/patio or if you prefer, in the privacy of your own room. The refreshment menu offers sandwiches and snacks as well as drinks. As a small establishment, we pride ourselves in being able to offer a personal and attentive service not always possible in the larger hotels. We will be happy to discuss any aspects of your holiday with you and provide information on local restaurants and attractions so you enjoy your holiday to the full. Short breaks are welcome. There are reductions for children sharing with 2 adults but please note we are unable to provide cots. We are sorry but we do NOT accept large groups such as stag or hen parties. Location: The Blue Palms is ideally centrally located within a short walk of Bournemouth's beautiful beaches, the shops, garden restaurants and entertainment including the Bournemouth International centre. It is a short taxi ride from the train/coach station and about 5 miles from Hurn which is Bournemouth's International Airport. The Blue Palms is an ideal base to explore the beautiful counties of Hampshire and Dorset which include the new Forest National Park and the Jurassic Coast. |
