Description: 5 Bedroomed semi detached Edwardian house with 3 full en-suite rooms and two rooms with part en-suite facilities. All rooms have colour TV, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and ironing facilities. All rates include full English breakfast. One room has 100 channel cable TV and French doors to patio. Very comfortably furnished and recently graded 4 diamonds by The English tourist Council. We operate a strict no-smoking policy and otherwise there are no restrictions. we give all of our guests a very warm welcome and strive to make your stay very comfortable.

Location: We are located only 10 minutes walk from the centre of this historic city with easy access to all of the university colleges. The M11 motorway is a five minute drive away as is the A14. We are conveniently close to The Cambridge Science park and have excellent local facilities on our doorstep, including a variety of sit in or take away restaurants and several excellent pubs. The centre of the city is a pleasant walk away along the banks of the river cam and adjacent to beautiful Jesus Green.
