Description: Chris and Heidi welcome you to their beautiful Victorian home, and trust you will enjoy your stay. The Bedrooms are a range of family, double or twin rooms, and most of the bedrooms are very large. Six bedrooms are en-suite, and one (a small twin) has private facilities (dressing gowns are provided for this room). All the rooms are provided with TV and DVD, tea, coffee, herbal teas, hot chocolate and biscuits, bottled mineral water and hairdryer. The en-suites have shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Breakfast is Full English, plus cereals, as much toast as you can make, fruit, etc. Tea, medium roast cafétiere coffee, bottled mineral water and squashes make up the beverages. We have off street parking, and the local pubs and restaurants are only a 6 minute walk away. There are lots of amenities close by, including local pubs, restaurants and takeaways, coastal walks, cycling, golf courses galore, National Trust gardens & houses, fishing and sailing and of course the Eden Project. Lostwithiel itself has many antique shops, tea shops, restaurants, church, golf course, castle, river, parks, boats, museum and train station. Lastly, we welcome children of any age, dogs, vegetarians, and anyone who is looking for a warm welcome and a relaxing stay. Also have one or two bed self catering apartment.

Location: Lostwithiel is very close to the Eden Project, St Austell and Looe. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away, and the north coast only 40 minutes. An ideal base to explore the whole of Cornwall.
