Description: The Three Tees is a family-run 9 bedroom licensed hotel with a friendly & informal atmosphere. We are situated in the quiet Lusty Glaze area of Newquay, a short walk from the beach, & 10/15 mins walk from the town centre. We are a non-smoking establishment, and all of our bedrooms are fully en-suite or with private bathroom, and have colour televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. Adjacent to our large dining room is a cosy bar and conservatory, opening onto an attractive fully-enclosed garden. Children and pets are welcome - a collection of children's books, videos and games is situated in our large residents lounge.

Location: By Road - From the A30, take the A392 signposted Newquay. At Quintrell Downs roundabout, take the right hand turn (A3058) signposted Newquay (Porth). At the double roundabout following the BP Garage, go straight over & take the third turning on your right - you'll see us straight ahead. By Train/Coach - We're less than 5 minutes ride by taxi from either station. By Air - We're about 6 miles from the airport, 10/15 mins drive, £10-12 by cab. By Foot - Exit train station onto main road, turn right into Cliff Rd with Great Western Hotel on your left, and keep going for around 10 mins, staying on the right hand side of the road. After Pippa's restaurant, cross the main road at the pedestrian crossing opposite the shops and keep going in the same direction. Take the next left at The Warwick, and you'll see us straight ahead.
