Uig is the Ferry Port for the Western Isles, and so is a convenient place to stay overnight for people travelling on the ferries. More importantly, Uig is a good base for a holiday in Skye, and a day sail to the Western Isles can be fitted in during your stay here. Our house has fine views overlooking Uig Bay.
