Description: We are a family run, non smoking, licensed guesthouse situated in North Bay, within walking distance to Peasholme Park and North Bay Beach. Offering a warm friendly welcome to all our guests. We are open all year round and provide clean and comfortable rooms. All rooms are equipped with colour TV's and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are available from 1.00pm on day of arrival and have to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure When placing a booking a deposit is required, this is non refundable on cancellation.

Location: We are situated in North Bay Scarborough, within walking distance to Peasholme Park and North Bay Beach. We are close to the Sealife Centre and just a short walk along the cliffs to the Castle. Further along are South Bay Beaches and Amusements, not forgetting Scarborough's popular town centre. Within easy reach by car, bus or train are Filey, Bridlington. Whitby, York and Heartbeat Country. Which makes this an ideal touring base. From the A64 follow the signs for North Bay, then head for Columbus Ravine.
