Description: Iwood is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac but within 7 minutes walk via a footpath from the market town centre where there is a good selection of shops and plenty of eateries. There are also two Public Houses serving food within walking distance. The house is set in secluded well established gardens and distant views of the South Downs (Beachy Head) and English Channel can be enjoyed from both the house and gardens. Situated in the small market town of Heathfield which is closely surrounded by the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Many local attractions including National Trust properties. We are close to the South Coast with Eastbourne only 25 minute drive away. Other local attractions include Royal Tunbridge Wells, Brighton , Rye , Cuckoo Trail starting in Heathfield. You are assured of a warm welcome if you stay in our first-class non-smoking home which has been awarded four stars plus prestigious GOLD Award by the English Tourist Council. There is also a comfortable smoking room in the garden.

Location: From Tunbridge Wells join A267 signposted to Eastbourne. After Cross In Hand join A265 to Heathfield. Pass through
High Street and continue up hill to cross roads with traffic lights. At this point turn SHARP left into Mutton Hall Lane which is a cul-de-sac. We are second to last house on left hand side just before the turnaround. There is a B&B sign above our gate set within a tall beech hedge.
