Description: Seafront Edwardian end of terraced house with some off street parking. Comfortably furnished rooms with warm hospitality and attentive service assured. In easy walking distance, along flat promenade, of town centre and all amenities. All first floor rooms have sea views. Our rooms range from standard singles, which use a shared shower room and WC, to large double and twins with en-suite showers and WC. ALL rooms have Wash basin, colour TV (with freeview in en-suites) and tea/coffee making facilities. Our standard single rooms are from £27 - £30 per night and the double/twin en-suite rooms are £56 - £65 per room, per night, depending on the season. All our rates are inclusive of breakfast. We can offer single use of an en-suite double/twin from £40 per night, subject to availability. We would be very please to have the pleasure of you company, whether on business or pleasure.

Location: We are situated on the main sea-front road. From town centre go east on A259 Brighton Road, following signs for 'Hotels East' and Aquarena. When you pass the Aquarena swimming pool on your right hand side, carry on pass local shops to open beach.
