The house is situated in a quiet country lane, 2 miles from Herstmonceux Village and benefits from uninterrupted views to the South Downs. The village has a bistro, two pubs and two restaurants. One Indian and one French. The house sits in just over an acre of landscaped gardens and has a large private parking area.
