Description: Broadlands is a traditional Lakeland Stone Guest House, ideally located in a quiet road two minutes walk from the village of Windermere with all its amenities. Brian and Janette Grundy are the owners of Broadlands and give a warm welcome to all our guests. We are proud of our home and all our rooms are well appointed, spotlessly clean and well maintained. We offer freshly cooked breakfasts using local produce and are happy to cater for special diets with prior notice. Advice on places to go, things to see and places to eat is always available. 5 rooms which are all en-suite, with Colour TV, Radio Alarm Clocks, Hair Dryers, Tea and Coffee Trays, Complimentary Toiletries.

Location: We are a short walk from public transport links including the Railway station. The village of Bowness on Windermere and the Lake with all its attractions is a 15 minute stroll away. There are many beautiful walks that can be started from the house.
